Stretch

 

Only when we are doing something we are stretching. If you are fighting for something, standing up to someone, learning something new, challenging yourself, then you are stretching. And don’t stop stretching, you are not going to break, it’s okay to take a break once in a while, but don’t shrink back.

Stretch every day, stretch once a week, stretch often. Speak up even if that means embarrassing yourself. Do things that scare you and people say are impossible to achieve. Stretch as far as you can, you need it, the world needs it.

It doesn’t matter what you know or don’t know, stretching doesn’t care and neither should you. The only question to ask is:

Are you stretching often enough?
